Rebecca Pang & Co. is an independent PR consultancy in Honolulu specializing in brand marketing, media relations, events, promotions, and design. Our venture is a rare blend of old school and new school that marries all forms of public relations and marketing communications.

Rebecca Pang, Principal, Public Relations and Marketing Strategist
Rebecca is one of the leading marketing communications and PR professionals in the state of Hawaii with 15 years of experience. She is passionate about the community and believes in the power of storytelling to inspire action and innovation.
Throughout her career, she has developed numerous PR campaigns and earned big media coverage for clients. She is a trusted resource for media, having facilitated stories in The New York Times, USA Today, Los Angeles Times, Travel+Leisure, Food & Wine, AFAR, Today Show, Bravo TV, Travel Channel, Food Network, and many others.
Prior to establishing Rebecca Pang & Co., she was a senior director at Anthology Marketing Group, overseeing integrated marketing campaigns, media relations, and strategic partnerships for Hawaii Visitors & Convention Bureau, Maui Visitors & Convention Bureau, Hawaii Food & Wine Festival, and Travaasa Hana. Before that, she was at Stryker Weiner & Yokota Public Relations, managing PR initiatives for the Oahu Visitors Bureau, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Hawaii, and Ala Moana Center, among other travel, corporate and nonprofit accounts.
She earned her big city experience working in media relations at the Los Angeles Visitors and Convention Bureau, and started her career as an editorial assistant at the Los Angeles Times. She holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Southern California.
A past president of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) – Hawaii Chapter, Rebecca continues to serve on its board of directors. She has also served on the Susan G. Komen Foundation board of directors. She volunteers for the Surfrider Foundation and Maui's Paddle For Hunger.
An avid traveler, she has trekked to the Great Wall of China, white water rafted in Bali, and unofficially searched for the perfect croque monsieur in Paris. Her worldwide travels have affirmed her belief that the most beautiful, inspiring destination in the world is her home, Hawaii.
Michelle Edwards, Director, Luxury Branding and Lifestyle Programming
Michelle is a strategic communications consultant specializing in creative marketing and luxury branding. With a focus on ingenuity and successful engagement, Michelle helps companies increase their visibility and build brand awareness through creative public relations, engaging social media, and key message development. She brings a wealth of public relations expertise, brand know-how, innovative ideas, and vast international and national media contacts to each project.
Michelle was instrumental in developing the public relations and social media initiatives for the 2016 opening of the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina, Hawaii’s newest, most coveted luxury resort. She previously served as director of public relations for Four Seasons Resort Lanai, overseeing the communications efforts for Manele Bay and The Lodge at Koele.
She has assisted with strategic publicity campaigns for Four Seasons properties across the globe, including Four Seasons Hotel Doha, Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica, Four Seasons Hotel Austin, and Four Seasons Resort Vail.
Prior to settling into Hawaii life, she worked in entertainment publicity in Los Angeles, which included various roles at Warner Bros. Entertainment and the Motion Picture Association of America.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Miami. She enjoys traveling, photography, reading, and exploring Oahu’s off-the-beaten path adventures with her family.
Jeff Sanner, Creative Director
Jeff is one of Honolulu’s top graphic designers and creative minds. With more than 20 years of experience, he has worked on everything from event collateral to websites, logo design to t-shirt graphics, company branding to advertising and editorial layout. He believes in supporting programs that improve the world.
His professional creative roles allow him to stretch his imagination every day. At Oahu Publications, Jeff is art director for Waikiki, Aloha Hilton, Ola, Go Kailua, Go Kapolei, and Trump Hookipa magazines. He is also head designer at TinFish Press, a non-profit book publisher, and creative director for local clothing company Nature Nurture Goods.
He previously served as art director for Pacific Business News, and before that, senior designer at Jon Duarte Design Group. His design work has helped support marketing and brand campaigns of clients such as Hale Makua Health Services, The Contemporary Museum, and Arts at Marks Garage.
Born and raised on Oahu, Jeff graduated from Pearl City High School and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, bike riding, playing music, collecting Fender guitars and vintage Vespa scooters, and landscape photography.
